We are a small artisanal flower farm located in the beautiful Oak Ridges Moraine in Pontypool, Ontario.
Our farming journey started in 2016 when we planted our first pollinator garden. We enjoyed it so much that we kept adding new plants and flowers. Our goal is to encourage life. We planted thousands of trees to help reforest our acreage, then planted a variety of heirloom fruit trees and berry bushes. We even have a small flock of chickens, and tap our own maple syrup! In 2022 we started growing beautiful cut flowers!
The specialty cut flowers from our fields include perennials such as heirloom narcissus, tulips, peonies, phlox, lilies, dahlias and annuals. We are inspired by current colour trends in the cut flower world of zinnias, cosmos, snapdragons, amaranth, celosia, bells of ireland, grasses - even specialty pumpkins!
During covid, we dreamt of creating a flower studio where we could store our flowers, build bouquets and create arrangements. The studio is being renovated with the goal to host hands-on workshops at the farm and greet customers for farm pick-up.
We are currently working with other flower enthusiasts and local flower farmers to promote the use of local flowers. Our goal is to provide customers, flower designers, florists and local businesses with access to seasonal, local, fresh flowers.
